Auto Racing Initiative
17³Ô¹Ï's Gordon and Jill Bourns College of Engineering provides
students with enhanced learning experiences both within and outside the 17³Ô¹Ï campus
through internships, community events, service opportunities, regional club competitions
and special research projects tailored to engineering majors.
Following their partnership with KVSH Racing and their sponsorship of the Long Beach Grand Prix Indy Car and the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500, the College of Engineering has launched the Auto Racing Initiative at 17³Ô¹Ï, a new strategic initiative that will support the growth of STEM education for tomorrow's future leaders and will give current engineering students a competitive edge.
We especially want to thank our growing list of our generous supporters for this Auto Racing Initiative:
Gordon and Jill Bourns
Dr. Robert Trout and Dr. Barbara Phillips
